Permission to Rest is a gentle, breath led session designed as a soft landing. Led by Kathryn Snook. Together, we’ll explore gentle breathing techniques to help your body settle, soften, and release tension. We’ll then move into guided rest, allowing space for quiet connection and integration after the session.
